Leftover Lunch

So I already posted about the awesome Manager's special deals on the big containers of salad, every Saturday I go to Ralphs and stock up for lunches for the week.

This week I was digging through the fridge for toppings for my salad and I came across some leftovers from my Emperors black rice salad (recipe to follow) and my radish pico.  I tossed these cross-cultural delicacies together and squeezed a lemon on top and its was probably one of the most delicious salads I've had in a very long time.
