| Mini shredded chicken taco bowls and blackberry shortcake, aw yeah! |
Figured I'd give another Pinterest recipe a shot and they turned out so unbelievably good. Filled them with shredded chicken, avocado corn salsa, tomatoes and black beans. The shortcakes however were a byproduct of Blackberries going on sale for 88 cents, can't pass that up.
